Description

Who We Are

The company is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform that includes solutions for video security, access control, air quality sensors, alarms, intercoms, and visitor management.

Physical AI is one of the most consequential technology shifts of our time, and the company is at the center of it.

You can look at all kinds of communities to see our platform’s impact in the world. It's the retailer that uses our agentic AI to deter theft before it happens. The warehouse that uses AI-powered alerts to make sure its team is protected on the floor with proper PPE. The school that’s alerted to a threat in real-time and triggers a lockdown in seconds, not minutes.

We’re looking for someone exceptionally sharp who treats a funnel like a puzzle to solve. Ideal backgrounds include: Growth Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Web Growth, or Growth Product roles, especially at high-growth consumer or prosumer companies where experimentation is a way of life. You could also be one of the first marketers at a startup, or come from an equivalent role like biz ops or growth analytics with experience building from 0 to 1. We care more about how you think and how much you own than about whether you’ve done this exact job before.

About the Role

At the company, we're known to push traditional boundaries, and our B2B growth efforts are no exception. We’re reinventing Growth here. As a Growth Marketing Manager, Organic & Conversion , you’ll be part of a high-performing team with backgrounds spanning investment banking, consulting, marketing, and high-growth startups. In this role, you’ll own the company's site as a revenue engine and the warm email programs that turn interest into pipeline. You’ll build our organic and AI search engine from the ground up, run experiments on every page and form that matters, and make sure every lead gets the right next step. This is a highly visible, high-autonomy role that offers the opportunity to directly influence how the company converts demand into revenue.

We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week (with flexible hours).

Responsibilities

  • Organic & AI Search: Own organic and AI-search pipeline. Build our SEO and AEO strategy, decide what is truly high-leverage, and partner with content, web, and engineering teams to ship it. Use AI tools to move faster than a traditional SEO team.
  • Website Conversion: Own conversion rate across the company's site, including organic, paid, webinar, and event pages. Run a disciplined experimentation program and know which tests are worth running and which are not.
  • Forms & Funnel: Rethink form experiences and conversion paths from first visit to booked meeting. Remove friction wherever it costs us pipeline
  • Lifecycle Email: Own warm email performance across nurture, webinar and event follow-up, and re-engagement programs. Measure success in meetings and pipeline, not opens.
  • Measurement & Signals: Define the conversion events that matter and make sure tracking is clean.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with data science, marketing operations, web and design, product marketing, marketing development representatives (MDRs), and sales. Share learnings across teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • What You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth product, biz ops, a startup or equivalent. Consumer or prosumer growth experience highly preferred.
  • A track record of owning a number and moving it, with fast promotions or expanding scope to show for it.
  • Strong experimentation judgment: you have run A/B tests yourself and can explain why you chose them.
  • A working understanding of how SEO and AEO work, and real curiosity about where AI search is going. Deep specialist expertise is not required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and web analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager). Knowledge of SQL and Excel preferred.
  • A builder’s mindset: high ownership, a bias to action, and a love of hard puzzles.

  • The company is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources. Our benefits and perks programs include, but are not limited to:
