About the Role

The company is seeking an experienced Channel Marketing Associate to build out our partner marketing strategy with a specific set of partners that fall under our National partner group. This role is responsible for collaborating and building out annual plans with our top partners, implementing high-impact marketing programs and tracking results to show ROI and impact. The ideal candidate will have held previous positions related to technology channel sales or channel marketing and has a strong track record of proven partner campaign execution and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop channel-specific campaigns that increase the visibility of the company solutions
• Own and manage allocated budget for channel partners
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the company partners
• Analyze and report on data to demonstrate effectiveness of marketing strategies
• Oversee and develop marketing materials for partner-related promotions and offerings
• Assist with resource and budget optimization
• Plan, manage and execute events both onsite and with third parties
• What You Bring
• 3+ years channel marketing related experience (compensation based on experience)
• Ability to adjust as needed as market dynamics change and business needs evolve
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Ability and willingness to travel (25%)
• Strong networking and communication skills
• BS/BA degree strongly preferred

• Annual Pay Range
• At the company, we want to attract and retain the best employees, and compensate them in a way that appropriately and fairly values their individual contribution to the company. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity. A the company employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, depending on their role, including sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the company in the form of restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Below is the annual on-target earnings (OTE) range for full-time employees for this position, comprised of base compensation and commissions (if applicable).

• $85,000 - $100,000 USD
