Description

This is a hands-on generalist role for a marketer who likes to make things happen. You will carry out field marketing and demand generation programmes across EMEA, with UKI as the main market.

You will work with the EMEA field marketing team to turn regional strategy into digital campaigns and in-person experiences that reach priority accounts and personas and build pipeline.

You will own regional activities from start to finish, including executive dinners, roundtables, industry tradeshows and customer events. The work covers planning, coordination, delivery and follow-up across law firms, corporates and partners.

You will work closely with the Field Marketing Manager (EMEA) and global marketing teams, adapting global campaigns for local audiences and bringing your own ideas and local market knowledge.

The role is based in London and is hybrid. The company is at a key point in its growth in the region.

  • Manage programme logistics and budgets within agreed limits, coordinate vendors and keep spend tracking accurate.
  • Handle lead capture, follow-up and reporting, keeping Salesforce and Marketo data accurate and supporting opportunity progression.
  • Work with Global Content to regionalise content and customer stories, and give Sales market-facing assets.
  • Track and report programme performance and use the findings to improve future work.

Requirements

  • Minimum: a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum: 3+ years of professional B2B marketing experience, including hands-on field marketing or event delivery.
  • Preferred: 3 to 5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally across field marketing, demand generation, campaigns and events.
  • Preferred: experience running integrated campaigns across digital and in-person channels to build engagement and pipeline.
  • Preferred: experience planning and delivering events end to end, such as executive dinners, roundtables, conferences, tradeshows and customer events.
  • Preferred: hands-on work with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo and Salesforce, including campaign set-up, lead management, tracking and follow-up.
  • Preferred: strong project management and organisation, able to juggle several programmes, timelines and stakeholders at pace.
  • Preferred: strong attention to detail and the discipline to follow things through to high-quality delivery.
  • Preferred: clear written and verbal communication, with confidence working with Sales, BDR, Marketing, partners and vendors.
  • Preferred: a collaborative, proactive style, able to work independently and take ownership of execution.
  • Preferred: experience in B2B software, SaaS or professional services marketing. Exposure to legal technology, e-discovery, compliance or investigations is desirable.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI, legal technology or e-discovery solutions.
