Description

The company builds a financial control platform for managing infrastructure costs. As companies rely more on cloud, SaaS and AI vendors, they need better ways to allocate, govern and forecast spending.

The platform is mainly used by developers who are accountable for infrastructure efficiency, working with finance and FinOps teams. It gives engineering, finance and FinOps teams what they need to make well-informed decisions about cloud infrastructure and, in turn, the business.

The company is growing quickly and works remote-first, serving some of the most innovative technology companies in the world.

This is a new AI Growth Marketing Manager role. The company runs marketing with an AI-first approach, using AI agents, assistants such as Grok Bot and automation to run campaigns, create pipeline, scale outbound work and simplify marketing operations. AI-powered workflows already exist for demand generation, RevOps, social media and outbound prospecting, and the goal is to take them further.

You will manage a team of agents that optimise campaigns, analyse data and run experiments. Campaigns and budgets will be adjusted daily. Success is measured by the pipeline generated for the sales team. You will get support from product, sales and operations, but you will work largely on your own and push work forward yourself.

The role suits a hands-on, data-driven marketer who can move between strategy and execution, enjoys trying new technology and builds processes that let a small team have a large impact. Traditional marketing experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI-driven growth work that uses agents, automation and experiments to build awareness, engagement and qualified pipeline.
  • Build, run and keep improving AI-powered workflows for demand generation, outbound prospecting, social media and marketing operations.
  • Work with Sales and RevOps to design scalable campaigns, sharpen targeting and personalisation, and improve lead generation and conversion.
  • Oversee AI-assisted campaigns from development through testing and optimisation across several channels, keeping brand quality and suitable human review in place.
  • Turn product capabilities, customer use cases and competitor insight into messaging that technical buyers find convincing.
  • Find, test and adopt new AI tools that make marketing more effective, efficient and scalable.
  • Set clear metrics for campaign results, pipeline contribution, conversion rates and the effect of AI workflows.
  • Work with Product, Sales and RevOps so marketing stays aligned with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Question standard marketing processes, automate repetitive tasks and raise output without lowering quality.

Requirements

  • You have 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth marketing, demand generation, product marketing or a closely related field.
  • You have built and deployed AI-powered workflows, agents or marketing automation. Share examples of what you have built with AI.
  • You have a track record of measurable growth, such as pipeline generation, campaign performance or customer acquisition.
  • You default to working through AI systems to use platforms, rather than managing them by hand in dashboards.
  • You are comfortable with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay or similar.
  • You have a solid grasp of modern marketing technology, including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and analytics tools.
  • You can turn business goals into automated workflows and measurable marketing programs.
  • You analyse data well and are willing to experiment, iterate and decide based on evidence.
  • You write clearly and can craft messaging for technical audiences.
  • You work well on your own in a fast-moving startup and take full ownership of outcomes.
  • You are kind to the people you work with.
  • Experience marketing to developers, engineering leaders, cloud infrastructure teams or FinOps professionals is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, AWS, Azure, GCP or cloud cost management is a plus.
  • Experience building custom AI agents with LLMs, APIs or orchestration platforms is a plus.
  • Experience running AI-powered outbound or account-based marketing programs is a plus.
  • Basic scripting or technical skills in Python, JavaScript, SQL or APIs are a plus.
  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • You have previously founded a company.
