Description

The company runs a platform for managing cloud infrastructure costs. As businesses rely on a growing mix of cloud, SaaS and AI vendors, they need better ways to allocate spend, set controls and forecast costs.

Developers are the main users and are held responsible for infrastructure efficiency, working with finance and FinOps teams. The platform gives engineering, finance and FinOps staff what they need to make sound decisions about cloud spend and the wider business.

The company is growing quickly, works remotely by default and builds products for leading technology firms.

The marketing team is replacing much of its manual campaign, operations and pipeline work with AI agents and automated workflows. AI systems already run in demand generation, RevOps, social media and outbound prospecting. This role extends them with new capabilities.

This is a hands-on role between engineering, marketing and growth. You will design, build, ship and tune agents and automation that change how the company wins and engages customers. A classic marketing background is not required, but you need to see how technology speeds up growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain AI agents and automated workflows for demand generation, outbound prospecting, campaign execution and marketing operations.
  • Connect AI systems to Salesforce, HubSpot and other marketing and sales tools to cut manual work.
  • Build agents that handle account research, prospect identification, tailored outreach, campaign setup and performance analysis.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing to automate prospecting, sharpen targeting and grow qualified pipeline.
  • Build systems that launch, monitor, test and improve campaigns, with human review and approval.
  • Use product updates, customer insights and CRM data in workflows to guide marketing and personalise messages.
  • Test new models, agent frameworks, orchestration tools and automation platforms for growth opportunities.
  • Create monitoring, reporting and feedback loops that show how well automated systems perform and what they deliver.
  • Add safeguards, tests, monitoring and approval steps so automation stays accurate, secure and on brand.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Product and Engineering to find manual work technology can remove and new growth it can unlock.

Requirements

  • You have 3+ years in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing technology, automation engineering or a similar technical role.
  • You have built and deployed AI agents, automated workflows or LLM-based applications.
  • You are proficient in Python, JavaScript or a similar programming language.
  • You have worked with APIs, webhooks, data integrations and automation platforms.
  • You understand LLMs, prompt engineering, agent orchestration and AI workflow development.
  • You have used automation tools and AI development platforms.
  • You can design, build, debug and maintain reliable automated systems.
  • You solve problems analytically and link technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • You work well alone, prototype rapidly and iterate based on performance data.
  • You communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • You are kind to the people you work with.
  • You have built AI-powered growth, sales or marketing automation systems.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay or similar go-to-market platforms.
  • You have worked on automated prospecting, lead enrichment, account-based marketing or outbound sales workflows.
  • You understand B2B SaaS marketing funnels, lead generation and pipeline metrics.
  • You have worked with data pipelines, SQL, analytics platforms or CRM data models.
  • You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, developer tools or FinOps.
  • You have evaluated AI agents for observability and production monitoring.
  • You have worked at an early-stage or high-growth technology company.
