Description

The company behind Grafana Cloud, a fully managed observability platform used by more than 10,000 organizations to keep systems reliable, resolve incidents faster, and optimize telemetry at scale. The platform is built on open source and open standards, works across any stack, and brings AI into observability and observability into AI, so teams and their agents can see, understand, and act on data wherever it lives. Customers include Anthropic, Bloomberg, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Salesforce. The company is 100% remote, with team members in 40+ countries, and is backed by Lightspeed Venture Partners, Sequoia Capital, GIC, Coatue, J.P. Morgan, CapitalG, and Lead Edge Capital.

The company is growing quickly and remains committed to its open-source roots, a global collaborative culture, and meaningful work. The team operates with transparency, autonomy, and trust in an innovation-driven setting.

This is a senior individual contributor role in a new motion for the company. You will support the Majors segment, the company's largest customers, where there is significant room to grow existing accounts. You will work with the Majors team and cross-functional partners to find customer needs, growth areas, and places where marketing can help. That might mean deepening relationships, driving adoption, reaching new teams, building executive engagement, or creating something tailored to one account. You will help define what strong account marketing looks like for Majors and bring it to life alongside Regional Marketing and teams across the company.

You may not meet every requirement, and that is fine. If this role interests you, please apply.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Majors team to understand account goals, growth opportunities, product adoption, key relationships, and whitespace.
  • Write account marketing plans that link directly to the account strategy and team goals.
  • Work with Regional Marketing, Events, Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Demand Gen, and other teams to find existing programs and resources for Majors customers. Connect customers to current opportunities first, and build new ones only where a clear gap exists.
  • Join account planning sessions and EBRs where marketing adds value.
  • Design high-touch programs shaped by customer needs, such as executive engagement, workshops, customer celebrations, peer connections, advocacy, and personalized experiences.
  • Help account teams build deeper relationships with executives, technical leaders, champions, users, teams, and regions within an account.
  • Coordinate the right people and resources across the company to support each account. You will not run everything yourself, but you will make sure the right work happens.
  • Measure results at the account level: new contacts reached, relationships deepened, adoption gains, and progress on opportunities.
  • Turn what works into repeatable plays for wider use.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in enterprise account marketing, ABM, customer marketing, or a similar role.
  • Experience with large, complex enterprise customers and growing existing accounts.
  • Strong partnership with Sales. You understand account team goals and offer a marketing view rather than just taking requests.
  • Experience with 1:1 or highly targeted account marketing across multiple teams, personas, and regions within an account.
  • Global experience and comfort working with regional and distributed teams.
  • Strong tool skills and active daily use of AI beyond personal productivity. You look for ways to rethink workflows, find insights, improve recommendations, and scale what works, using your own judgment.
  • Curious, accountable, adaptable, resilient, and self-motivated. You can work things out without a perfect playbook.
  • Able to set priorities, putting the most effort where marketing has the greatest impact, since accounts and requests need different levels of investment.

US OTE (On-Target Earnings) range is $160,000 to $195,000. Final pay may vary by level, experience, and skills assessed during interviews. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
