This role suits someone who lives on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and internet culture, enjoys making content and wants to turn that into creative work for large brands.

You will help concept, film and edit social-first content for organic social, with some chance to support paid social creative, across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. You will work with experienced creatives and a wider team spanning Creative, Strategy, Community, Account and Media.

No two days are alike: filming on location, street mini-mic shoots, reactive work from the office or larger productions. You do not need to know everything yet.

Responsibilities

  • Concept, film and edit social content for clients, taking direction from senior team members.
  • Stay on top of trends, creators, conversations and platform changes, sharing opportunities and your own ideas.
  • Appear regularly on camera in the content you help make, through presenting, formats and other on-camera work.
  • Help plan and deliver timely, platform-native content, balancing speed, craft and brand consistency.
  • Help prepare shoots, including shot lists and props, and support filming on location.
  • Build your editing and storytelling skills by testing hooks, formats, editing styles and techniques in platform and third-party tools.
  • Learn each client's tone of voice and adapt ideas for different platforms, communities and goals.
  • Help develop and adapt paid campaign content, testing hooks, formats and variations.
  • Review performance with Social and Media colleagues and apply what works to future ideas.
  • Spot interesting comments, conversations and community behaviour, and suggest creative responses or content for Community Managers to activate.
  • Work across the team, take feedback well and speak up with your ideas internally and with clients.
  • Publishing, channel management, community management and moderation are outside this role.

Requirements

  • A real passion for social media, content creation and internet culture, with good knowledge of TikTok, Instagram and the wider social landscape.
  • A strong sense of what makes content entertaining, engaging, shareable and native to its platform.
  • Some hands-on filming and editing experience, gained professionally, through study, or through personal or independent projects.
  • Experience with in-app editing or tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro, and a desire to build further.
  • Confidence and willingness to appear on camera regularly.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude, eager to offer ideas and make them happen with support.
  • Openness to feedback and direction, and a willingness to experiment and improve.
  • A collaborative, flexible style and clear communication with colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel and work on location for shoots when needed.
  • A portfolio or examples of social content that show your creative thinking and production. Work from personal channels, education or independent projects counts.
  • Experience creating content for brands, agencies or commercial social accounts.
  • Interest in how creative approaches differ between organic and paid social.
  • Photography, graphic design or other creative production skills.
  • Interest in travel, lifestyle and consumer brands.

Conditions

Hybrid working policy.

Location shoots and travel are part of the job, so you need to be comfortable in varied environments.

Your image, voice and likeness will appear in content for clients' organic social channels. Content featuring you may also be used in paid media, subject to usage terms, approvals and company policies.

The company has processes to manage and escalate abusive, discriminatory, harassing or otherwise inappropriate audience responses aimed at employees. You can raise concerns and get support without having to moderate those responses yourself.
