  • Define customer segments, account priorities and buyer profiles with commercial and sales teams.
  • Keep refining global value propositions, messaging, campaign frameworks and content strategy so the company stays differentiated and relevant.
  • Design and run integrated campaigns across digital, content, ABM, events, thought leadership and field marketing, aimed at measurable results.
  • Set up measurement frameworks, dashboards and KPIs, and use them to judge effectiveness and direct investment.
  • Work with sales and marketing leaders to track campaign impact, improve results and raise marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Promote customer-centric marketing that turns complex technical offers into clear business value stories.
  • Keep work aligned with brand standards, web and social media standards, lead management, campaign governance and marketing best practice.
  • Use AI-enabled tools, automation and advanced analytics to improve effectiveness, efficiency and scale.
  • Build relationships with industry influencers, partners, analysts, customers and subject matter experts.
  • Manage budget planning, agencies, resource allocation and reporting to get the best return.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Focus areas include buyer personas and end-to-end customer journey mapping; vertical value propositions and messaging; industry offer positioning and solution storytelling; customer impact narratives and success stories; competitive intelligence and market positioning; demand generation and ABM; pipeline acceleration and revenue-focused initiatives; thought leadership and industry influence; subject matter expert engagement and advocacy; integrated content and digital engagement; sales enablement tools and customer assets; market segmentation, targeting and opportunity assessment; performance measurement and ROI optimization; and executive stakeholder engagement and communication.

Requirements
