Description

The company helps customs brokerages and importers automate customs compliance work, mainly preparing the data needed to file imported shipments with U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

The industry is heavily regulated with many complex rules, and technology has been slow to reach it, which the company sees as a large market opportunity.

The pipeline is growing, so the company is building out its go-to-market function to serve customers of different segments and sizes. This role strengthens the customer journey, from sales collateral and demos to self-serve experiences, and feeds market insights back into product and go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and run growth initiatives, track their results, and write down what you learn so performance keeps improving.
  • Watch marketing and funnel metrics and turn the numbers into insights that shape strategy and priorities.
  • Run campaigns on owned channels, keeping messaging consistent and aligned with wider marketing goals.
  • Build and improve landing pages, messaging, and conversion paths by testing and experimenting.
  • Create and manage lifecycle campaigns and automated workflows that engage prospects and customers at each stage.
  • Support events, partnerships, and other marketing work, measure how each performs, and find ways to get more out of it.

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 years of hands-on demand generation or growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
  • You have worked directly on a self-serve or product-led funnel, covering signup, activation, and free-to-paid conversion.
  • You are strong in HubSpot, including email, workflows, landing pages, lists, and reporting.
  • You have run paid social on LinkedIn and/or Meta, building audiences, writing ad copy, managing budget, and optimizing based on results.
  • Early-stage B2B SaaS or highly regulated industry experience is a great plus but not required.
  • You understand attribution and funnel analytics.
  • You write clear marketing copy and can brief a designer well.
  • You run experiments, including ones that fail, and record why they failed.
  • You care about the reporting as much as the campaigns.
  • You want the role to grow into owning a whole function, not only one channel.

Conditions

Full-time employment.

Travel is minimal, but you may be required to attend industry conferences and company offsites.

Benefits

  • Paid time off.
  • Equity.
  • Healthcare with 100% of costs reimbursed.
