The company builds autonomous driving technology for commercial trucks and robotaxis, working on physical AI. It was founded by Raquel Urtasun and is backed by partners in AI, automotive, logistics and deep tech.
The company has offices in Toronto, San Francisco, Dallas and Pittsburgh, and is growing quickly.
You will build the demand generation function from scratch as a hands-on generalist on a small team. You will plan lifecycle strategy, run campaigns, create content and generate qualified sales opportunities yourself.
You will work with the Brand Marketing Manager, Event Marketing Manager and Director of Product Marketing, and you will own your work end to end instead of directing others. As the company scales, the role can grow into leading a wider growth and demand team.
Responsibilities
Design and run lifecycle programs, including nurture tracks and email campaigns, that move senior logistics technology buyers from awareness to consideration to conversion.
Turn marketing qualified leads into sales opportunities and, ultimately, new customers.
Spend about 20% of your time prospecting and qualifying senior logistics technology buyers yourself, controlling the quality of your own pipeline, and pass sales-ready opportunities to the sales team.
Track customer acquisition cost by channel and campaign, and use the results to sharpen messaging, targeting and channel mix.
Own lower-funnel digital campaigns (paid search, paid social and retargeting) and account-based marketing aimed at senior logistics buyers at named accounts. The Brand Marketing Manager owns brand and upper-funnel awareness.
Work with the Brand Marketing Manager, Event Marketing Manager and Director of Product Marketing on joint campaigns, including email and nurture programs, to speed up commercial deals.
Build segmented email nurture campaigns that match each lead's stage in the buying process.
Write white papers, host webinars and produce other thought leadership that appeals to senior logistics technology buyers and generates trackable leads. Use AI tools to speed up production where they help.
In the first 6-12 months, build a repeatable lifecycle engine, including active nurture and email programs, that produces a steady, growing number of MQLs and opportunities each month.
In the first 6-12 months, personally source and qualify a meaningful share of sales opportunities through your own outbound prospecting.
In the first 6-12 months, set up CAC tracking by channel and shift spend toward the channels that convert best with logistics technology buyers.
In the first 6-12 months, build and improve lower-funnel and account-based campaigns that generate pipeline from target accounts.
In the first 6-12 months, publish white papers and webinars that create clearly attributable pipeline.
