This hands-on role builds the web experiences customers use to find, assess and engage with the company across its global digital presence.

You will turn marketing strategy and creative concepts into fast, secure, accessible, high-performing sites, working across the full stack with a strong front-end focus.

You will work closely with Creative and Marketing and can take work from concept through launch and production support.

The team values pragmatic choices across legacy and modern technologies and keeps improving how it builds for the web.

The work will improve performance and reliability and expand reusable capabilities for Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive, accessible, high-quality sites using C, ASP.NET, MVC, Razor, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, APIs and SQL Server.
• Turn approved designs into polished, cross-browser experiences alongside Creative.
• Build reusable components, templates, campaign pages, interactive tools and large site features that serve more than a single project.
• Create engaging interactions in JavaScript with GSAP, including responsive animation and scroll-based effects.
• Work across CMS setup, application code, APIs, databases, forms, integrations, routing, caching, redirects and third-party services.
• Help connect analytics, Google Tag Manager, browser data layers, consent and privacy tools and other marketing technology.
• Work in Git, take part in code reviews, Azure DevOps pipelines, testing, releases, launches and production support.
• Diagnose problems across front-end code,.NET applications, databases, APIs, IIS, Azure services, Cloudflare, caching, integrations and traffic routing.
• Take projects from investigation and estimation through build, testing, deployment and support, flagging risks and dependencies early.
• Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot for development, debugging, documentation, refactoring and review, keeping quality, security, performance and maintainability in view.

Requirements

• Curiosity, ownership and a practical approach to problem solving.
• Experience building and supporting production websites or web applications in a full-stack role.
• Solid skills in C, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Razor, JavaScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS and SQL Server.
• Strong front-end ability: responsive layouts, accessibility, cross-browser support and faithful translation of designs into code.
• Experience with a CMS or content-managed site. Experience with Kentico Xperience is a plus.
• Comfortable moving between CMS configuration, browser code, APIs, application logic and databases.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, forms, HTTP behaviour, caching, Git, deployment pipelines and production releases.
• Skill at debugging and problem solving, and at learning unfamiliar systems quickly.
• Clear communication, able to explain technical considerations and trade-offs to non-technical colleagues.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot or another AI coding assistant in professional development work.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Valuable: Vue, Nuxt or TypeScript.
• Valuable: Tailwind CSS, jQuery, vanilla JavaScript or GSAP.
