Description

The company builds a compound AI operating system for marketing effectiveness that helps brands decide how to split their marketing budget across channels. It combines Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), budget optimization, and LLM agents.

You join the team that builds the operator UI, where operators load media data, run MMM models, and publish results to brands.

The company was formed in 2023 when it combined with GfK. It is an Advent International portfolio company operating in 100+ markets, covering more than 90% of the world's population.

Your daily contacts are the product engineer, who sets sprint scope and needs your view of what fits; the designer, who owns the Figma designs and design system and needs to hear about incorrect values; the other front-end engineers; the backend engineers who build the data, modeling, and AI services the UI calls; and the QA engineers and operators who test each release.

Responsibilities

  • Carry each feature through the full cycle, from design and Angular screens to FastAPI endpoints and deployment on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Create screens that handle large data, including multi-step wizards, editable tables, charts, and live logs from model jobs.
  • Turn Figma designs into code using the design system tokens, with every screen meeting WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility.
  • Define the front-end code structure, from folder layout to state management with NgRx and Angular signals.
  • Review other engineers' pull requests and suggest changes to the team's front-end conventions.
  • Investigate defects reported by QA and operators, and decide whether each fix belongs in the client or the API.
  • Ship features and hotfixes to production.
  • Apply the team's software engineering and AI-assisted development principles.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development, mostly on the front end, including 3+ years with Angular.
  • 2+ years of Python backend development on production APIs, using PostgreSQL and Alembic migrations.
  • Working knowledge of TypeScript, RxJS, and state management with NgRx or Angular signals.
  • Experience building UIs with data grids, charts, and complex reactive forms.
  • Experience implementing accessible WCAG 2.1 AA interfaces from Figma designs.
  • Experience with REST APIs on both client and server, covering request and response schemas, validation, error status codes, and pagination.
  • Experience with Polars or pandas, including exporting tabular data to Excel workbooks.
  • Experience writing unit tests and end-to-end tests with Playwright or Cypress.
  • Docker and Kubernetes skills to deploy a service and find the cause of a pod failure.
  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or other tools that let an LLM agent call an API.
  • Code reviews with specific comments that tell the author what to change.
  • Ability to explain technical decisions clearly to product engineers and designers.

Conditions

The company uses AI tools in recruitment for résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and some administrative tasks, under principles of fairness, transparency, human oversight, and inclusion, with final hiring decisions made by humans; contact your local HR representative with questions, accommodation requests, or requests for human review where the law allows.
