  • Find the root causes of recurring process, system, data and integration problems and get them fixed.
  • Set up and maintain fulfillment data quality, governance standards and operational controls.
  • Find manual work that can be removed through process changes, automation and digital tools.
  • Assess and move forward AI-enabled solutions that improve fulfillment performance, visibility and decisions.
  • Help standardize processes across multiple sites, govern technology, and roll out scalable best practices.
  • Manage a portfolio of fulfillment systems initiatives, covering priorities, stakeholder alignment, risks and status reporting.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Be legally authorized to work in the U.S. The company will not sponsor employment visas, now or in the future, for this opening.
  • Preferred: typically at least 5 years of related experience.
  • Preferred: a bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, information systems, business or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience leading cross-functional projects or programs in warehousing, distribution, logistics or fulfillment.
  • Preferred: strong knowledge of warehouse operations and fulfillment processes.
  • Preferred: experience supporting or implementing SAP, WMS and warehouse automation technologies.
  • Preferred: experience gathering business requirements, designing solutions and driving work from concept to implementation.
  • Preferred: experience working with operations, IT, vendors and business stakeholders toward shared goals.
  • Preferred: experience with process improvement, systems integration, automation, data governance or digital transformation.
  • Preferred: familiarity with AI-enabled business solutions, reporting platforms or advanced fulfillment technologies.
  • Preferred: ability to assess complex issues, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and lead cross-functional work in a changing environment.
