Drive relevance across key moments of need by tailoring messaging, activating occasion‑led campaigns and supporting the right big moments in the region.

Partner with local sales teams to build mental availability hand in hand with physical availability in image‑driving outlets, On Premise, Off Premise and new business environments.

Set clear goals together with the Regional Marketing Manager to drive trial, especially among students, in-frequent and new consumers.

Use programme tools and reporting to track performance, improve targeting and provide strategic input (e.g. consumer perceptions and trends).

Consumer Collecting

Occasions & Sampling Plan – Develop and execute a local sampling plan that targets the right occasions, locations and audiences, ensuring the right product mix is always available.

Student Marketeer Management – Lead and coach your team of Student Marketeers, ensuring they deliver high‑quality sampling and brand experiences in line with programme objectives.

Campus Activation – Plan and deliver impactful activations on and around campus that build brand love and drive product trial with students.

Onboarding and Training – Lead the onboarding and continuous training of Student Marketeers, setting them up for success in the field.

Incorporate indirect sampling initiatives that broaden reach in occasions where direct sampling is more challenging.

Event Marketing and Brand Activation

3rd Party Event Plan & Activation – Build and execute a local 3rd‑party event plan, selecting the right events and delivering premium Red Bull activations that increase brand love and product usage in locally relevant scenes.

Brand Campaign Activation – Bring national brand campaigns to life locally by creating and executing field activation plans that make campaigns tangible for consumers.

Support activation of Regional Big Moments – Support the Field Marketing Project Manager and Regional Marketing Manager in activating Regional Big Moments (e.g. key festivals, sports or culture events) with strong on‑site execution.

Activation of Large Titled Events – execute the activation plan of large Red Bull titled events in your region.

Event Vehicle Activations – use the event vehicle and other mobile asset activations that surprise and delight consumers and create strong trial opportunities.

Maximise EMO (Earned, Manged and Owned) media opportunities by creating locally relevant stories and experiences.

Opinion Leader Programmes

IDO Management – Manage IDOs (Image‑Driving Outlets) ensuring they are activated with the right tools, visibility and experiences to build brand love and drive product trial.

Local Opinion Leader Seeding – Identify, build and maintain relationships with local opinion leaders across sport, culture, nightlife, work and campus scenes. Seed product and invite them to brand experiences where appropriate.

Executional Excellence & Marketing Innovation

Support the Field Marketing Project Manager in developing, owning and executing new, locally relevant ideas that complement global and national initiatives.

Lead creative sessions with Student Marketeers to ensure a constant flow of fresh ideas, particularly for the student audience.

Organisational Capabilities and Enabling Structure

Act as a role model, living Red Bull values with a motivating and inspiring tone of voice.

Ensure the Student Marketeer programme has adequate population coverage to reach our target groups, flexing resources in line with business opportunities.

Maintain consistency with other field marketing regions regarding recruitment, onboarding and training standards.

Spend time in the field coaching on the job, giving direction and showing how each Student Marketeer contributes to success.

Maintain a growth environment and coach Student Marketeers towards their development goals.

Plan and conduct regular planning meetings and team‑building activities.

Driving Efficiencies

Manage the regional budget with the support of the Regional Marketing Manager.

Support national operations in managing product stock with discipline and responsibility.

Maintain programme tools, POS materials, cars and other branded items in a premium, brand‑appropriate manner.
