Description

The company is hiring an ERP Project Manager for Material Services in Getafe, Madrid, within its Customer Account and Service Management job family.

The Material Services (TASM) team is working on the digital transformation of the Services organization. It works in a multifunctional, interdisciplinary setting and collaborates closely with IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other business functions.

The role bridges business processes and IT solutions. You will help define and deliver the ERP roadmap for Services so that Material Services needs are met across every workstream, and that digital tools support operations, logistics and customer contract management.

Responsibilities

  • Run ERP and digital transformation projects from start to finish, keeping scope, planning, quality and business objectives on track.
  • Define and manage the ERP roadmap functional design for Services, turning Material Services business and logistics needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate multifunctional, interdisciplinary teams with IT, Logistics, Operations, Finance and other MFT Leads so Services requirements are covered in every project workstream.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for Services on project strategy, objectives, roadmap, planning and status. Give senior management and key stakeholders clear visibility and present effectively to them.
  • Oversee ERP integration and process improvement, making sure SAP functional modules work well together and line up with Material Services processes, IT solutions and the wider digital ecosystem.
  • When required, represent Services at relevant Landscape Change Boards, ensuring ERP and digital solutions match internal Material Services processes and customer contract management requirements.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading ERP-related digital projects as a Project Manager, MFT Lead or in a similar role. Prior work in Material Services (TASM) environments is highly valued.
  • Strong ability to manage complex projects with attention to quality, methodology, planning and delivery.
  • Ability to lead and motivate multifunctional, interdisciplinary teams, balance the needs of varied stakeholders, learn new processes quickly and turn business needs into workable project plans.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication. You can explain complex business and technical topics clearly and present to senior management and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of ERP functionality and how SAP functional modules interact. Solid understanding of logistics and material processes, Material Services business processes, customer contract management, and Material Services-specific IT solutions and digital ecosystems.
  • Advanced English.
  • Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity.

Conditions

  • Opportunities to join social and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Upskilling opportunities and strong development prospects in a multicultural setting.
  • Access to special rates on products and benefits.
