Project Manager (MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE)

Its work spans logistics, information technology, cybersecurity and facilities operations, with the aim of creating economic opportunity and sustainable growth for the Tlingit & Haida Tribes of Alaska.

This role requires an active Secret security clearance.

The position is listed under the job title Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee minor projects and routine requirements so they finish on schedule and within budget.
• Assign project resources, track progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout.
• Define project scope and objectives, estimate the resources needed to meet them and manage those resources efficiently.
• Build and maintain a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Give stakeholders regular updates on strategy, changes and progress.
• Adjust plans as needed and measure project performance to find areas to improve.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management or closely related experience.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business or a related field.
• A current PMP certification is preferred.
• Alternative paths: a master's degree in one of the fields above plus 3 years of experience, or no degree with 10 years of intensive, progressive experience showing the required proficiency and a current PMP certification.

Conditions

Active Secret security clearance required.

Pay range: $116,000 to $129,000 USD, for US-based roles.
