#DIGITAL CAMPUS Mulesoft & API developer (M/F)

Description

The Integration Platform Team in the PSL IM Integration Platforms group at the Albacete site is hiring a MuleSoft and API developer for the Digital Campus, an industrial digitalization and innovation ecosystem at the company Helicopters.

You will design, build and maintain the APIs and integration flows that connect the company's enterprise applications, databases and third-party systems, and oversee their deployment to the shared MuleSoft API gateway, following the company's guidelines.

The team builds and monitors secure API and middleware links that sync data, automate workflows and connect legacy and cloud systems. Architect-defined patterns, updated regularly, guide the work, and synchronous REST APIs are one of the tools used.

Responsibilities

• Help design, develop and test APIs and integration workflows on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4).
• Define API specifications in RAML or OAS (OpenAPI Specification) and build reusable assets.
• Write DataWeave 2.0 transformations that map data between different systems.
• Write MUnit unit tests and help troubleshoot, debug and resolve integration issues.
• Keep technical documentation for APIs, integration flows and deployment processes clear and accurate.

Requirements

• A master's degree or equivalent in information technology or a related field.
• A basic understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services, plus JSON and XML.
• Basic SQL and experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or Oracle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions, Git version control, and agile methodologies.
• A strong drive to learn new technologies and integration patterns.
• An analytical approach to troubleshooting code and logic flow.
• Good English communication skills.

Conditions

Permanent contract, entry level, based in Albacete, Spain.

Hybrid working model, with flexible arrangements wherever possible.
