Description

The company is hiring a project manager to bring central, integrated governance, coordination and risk management to its strategic enterprise initiatives.

The role keeps delivery on track by linking priorities, decisions, workstreams and stakeholder groups so that complex programs make steady, clear progress.

You will turn strategy into one integrated project plan, manage dependencies, risks and blockers, and give executives narratives that show how delivery is moving and how it supports enterprise goals.

Full-time role in the Business Planning job family; no shift premium applies (United States of America).

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a single integrated plan and narrative, keeping priorities, timelines, dependencies, scope and deliverables aligned.
  • Set up practical operating models that make decisions, ownership and risk escalation visible, and lead forums such as core workstream teams, steering committees, executive sponsor sessions and advisory councils.
  • Create routines and cadence for effective project syncs, prepare executive materials, and track commitments so discussions turn into decisions and actions.
  • Keep clear visibility of risks, issues and dependencies, escalate early, and help teams clear blockers before they affect outcomes.
  • Report accurate key performance indicators on business, operational, financial and employee benefits, including benefits and savings tracking.
  • Work with change leaders to add stakeholder adoption and communication activities to the master plan.

Requirements

  • PMP, CAPM, PMI or comparable project management credential.
  • Knowledge of change management, or practical experience with it.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet.
  • Strong skills in enterprise project management, integration and governance.
  • Experience running complex, cross-functional initiatives with many stakeholders and interdependencies.
  • Sound judgment in balancing pace, rigor, stakeholder needs and adaptability as priorities shift.
  • Experience using AI and automation tools to streamline processes, improve efficiency and improve ways of working is a plus.

Conditions

Pay range is $116,150 to $180,000 USD per year (United States of America candidates only), plus possible bonus and/or equity. Pay depends on work location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

Work spans multiple teams, geographies, operating rhythms and management levels.

Equal opportunity applies to all candidates.

Benefits

  • Health, dental and vision insurance.
  • Short-term and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, employee assistance program and flexible spending account.
  • Up to 4 to 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave, depending on tenure.
  • 11 paid holidays.
  • Flexible paid vacation and sick leave (see the US benefits overview).
  • The company may change these benefits at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.
