Description

The company is hiring a senior technical program manager to lead infrastructure operations across its DGX Cloud platform, a large-scale AI cloud environment.

You will work with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to raise service health, improve infrastructure availability, and tighten execution.

The role suits a senior program leader comfortable in deeply technical work who can turn complicated signals into clear priorities, aligned plans, and outcomes that can be measured.

Responsibilities

  • Run complex technical programs covering infrastructure operations, service health, operational readiness, and platform reliability.
  • Work with engineering, operations, and reliability teams to make infrastructure easier to see and to speed up issue resolution.
  • Build and maintain coordinated program plans that track milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics across several teams.
  • Set up and lead cross-functional operating rhythms for execution tracking, issue reviews, customer concerns, and leadership updates.
  • Turn operational data, telemetry, and incident trends into ranked actions, each with a named owner and a measurable closure plan.
  • Improve the tools and processes used to monitor infrastructure health, operational risk, and recovery progress.
  • Plan readiness for maintenance windows, infrastructure changes, and large operational transitions.
  • Get teams focused on the issues with the greatest effect on infrastructure performance and service quality.
  • Explain progress, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations to both technical and leadership audiences.

Requirements

  • You have 12+ years of experience in technical program management, infrastructure program management, or a related role on large-scale cloud or platform environments.
  • You have led complex programs across engineering and operations teams.
  • You have worked on infrastructure reliability, observability, operational readiness, or service health initiatives.
  • You can turn technical complexity into structured plans, decisions, and communication suited to executives.
  • You have managed dependencies, risks, and blockers across matrixed organizations.
  • You understand cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, or large-scale platform operations well.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or have equivalent experience.
  • Nice to have: experience with AI infrastructure, accelerated computing, or high-performance computing environments.
  • Nice to have: a record of improving service health, infrastructure availability, or operational metrics at scale.
  • Nice to have: experience working closely with infrastructure, reliability, or observability teams.
  • Nice to have: a history of building scalable operating mechanisms that improve execution across an organization.
