Project Manager Client Management

Description

This is a hybrid Project Manager role in the networking group, Customer Experience / Client Management, at Expert level. You will spend about 2 days per week in a company office.

You will report to the Business Ops Lead and run end-to-end coordination for Mega Account programs, starting with Oracle and future Mega Accounts under the governance model the company is building.

You will work with project manager counterparts in every participating organization to follow workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks and mitigation plans, keeping everyone aligned.

You will combine this information into one view for Client Management, supporting governance, executive reporting, early risk handling and escalation of issues that need leadership attention.

The work is complex and cross-functional, spanning many people and large engagement scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal projects so they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality targets through planning, control and management.
• Direct corporate and third-party vendor work to plan, build and deliver solutions to internal problems.
• Handle large, complex, high-risk projects across one or several regions, including detailed design of a sponsor's high-level concept where needed.
• Own project financials, including business impact, and meet or beat approved budgets.
• Give management reliable financial forecasts.
• Manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Lead internal and external resources on teams usually larger than 20 people across several countries.
• Coach team members to build their skills, and provide detailed performance input and development advice.

Requirements

• A first-level university degree.
• 7+ years in project management or comparable roles.
• In-depth knowledge of the Services group's operating policies, processes and project management methods.
• Ability to discuss project management methods with authority at most levels of detail.
• Active use of and contribution to the Services project management community.
• PMP certification.

Conditions

Hybrid work with about 2 days per week in a company office.

Base salary ranges: United States from 98,000 USD to 185,200 USD in Colorado, 105,500 USD to 213,500 USD in California, and 92,600 USD to 213,500 USD in Texas and Washington. Canada from 100,900 CAD to 150,900 CAD in Ontario.

Offers may fall outside these ranges depending on location, experience, education and skill level. Variable incentives may be offered on top of base salary.
