Enterprise Application - Experienced Designer, Senior Associate (Reliability Security Clearance Required)

This Senior Associate role sits in the Advisory line of service, in the company's customer transformation practice. The team helps clients improve customer and employee experiences through analysis, strategy and guidance. The specialism is Experience.

Experience design here means shaping customer and employee experiences with human-centred methods. You learn what users need, run research, and build clear, engaging journeys and interfaces across touchpoints. You work with diverse teams on public and private client work, using current technology.

Responsibilities

• Help deliver customer transformation projects covering customer strategy, experience design, brand design, and improvements to service and operating models.
• Run customer and user research, analyse data such as VoC, NPS and behavioural data, and turn findings into insights and opportunities.
• Support customer journey mapping, segmentation, personalisation, service design and experience improvement work.
• Design and oversee the rollout of sites built on Lightning Web Runtime, including governance of the design system in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Produce high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes and UI mockups that follow brand and usability standards.
• Support Salesforce CMS integration, designing sharing and visibility for external users and accounting for how single sign-on shapes the experience.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable design patterns and branding sets.
• Support the rollout of Agentforce and Einstein Search, working with technical leads so features match the intended user experience.
• Create presentations, models and analyses, work with strategy, design and technology teams, and run usability tests with varied users.
• Manage defined workstreams or parts of projects under guidance, and build relationships with client stakeholders at manager and director level.

Requirements

• You have experience in digital experience architecture and UX strategy, including enterprise web portals, and you understand Salesforce Experience Cloud and Lightning Web Runtime architecture well.
• You know customer journey mapping, Voice of Customer, customer insight methods, design thinking and human-centred design.
• You analyse data both qualitatively and quantitatively, and you have some exposure to behavioural insights and innovation methods.
• You have supported strategy, transformation, project planning and delivery in complex environments.
• You write strong stories and slides, communicate well across multidisciplinary teams, and show emerging leadership.
• You manage stakeholders well at manager and director levels and build lasting client relationships.
• You are familiar with the Salesforce digital customer platform. Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, App Builder or Salesforce Architect support this.
• You have worked with HTML5, CSS3 (SLDS) and JavaScript (ES6+), and you have integrated third-party services such as payment gateways and mapping tools into Experience Cloud using Apex, Flow, external services and the Salesforce Metadata API.
• You understand single sign-on, social login and data-sharing rules, and use them to guide access, visibility and user experience decisions.
• You are the subject matter expert on Section 508 and WCAG, building accessible, inclusive experiences from the start.
• You have used Cloud tooling to govern a design system and deploy new pages and features quickly and consistently.

Conditions

A Reliability Security Clearance is required for current or future assignments as needed.

The posted base salary range is $84,700 to $134,700. This is the expected hiring range for major city centres. Ranges may differ in other locations, and pay depends on skills, experience, qualifications and work location.

Variable incentive pay may be available on top of base salary.
