The role sits in the Finance functional area and is hosted by the company's Irish branch.

The team invests in ongoing learning and development and runs employee resource groups with chapters around the world.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver technology and automation solutions that help legal, compliance and regulatory teams work effectively in every region where the company operates.
  • Lead a global team spread across Ireland, the US and Japan, driving technology and process change, including adopting AI tools.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the systems, workflows and data these teams use, and make sure they meet the required standards.
  • Turn the global legal, compliance and regulatory technology roadmap into action, supporting transformation, efficiency gains and operational excellence across the application landscape.
  • Gather and document business, functional and system requirements, then convert them into system specifications, user stories and process flows for technology teams.

Requirements

  • Have deep experience in technology, operations and analytics within insurance, financial services, or functions supporting legal, compliance or regulatory work, or both.
  • Have a proven record of leading high-performing teams across several regional locations.
  • Have delivered international or global projects and automation strategies.
  • Have built applications using desktop and web-based reporting, database and analytics tools.
  • Bring strong project management, attention to detail and the ability to set priorities.
  • Collaborate well with both IT and business stakeholders, and build constructive working relationships with them.
  • Communicate clearly in English, both in writing and verbally, and present effectively.
  • Work as a process-driven, strategic thinker with an operational excellence mindset and a history of delivering significant organizational results.

Conditions

The company asks team members to work primarily from the office, because in-person collaboration is central to how the team works together.

The company provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates regardless of protected characteristics.

Benefits

  • Access to a Total Rewards Program that goes beyond working hours, covering health, wellbeing, financial security and professional development.
