Description

The company is a bank, and this role sits in its Retail Bank Marketing Technology group, which runs the data infrastructure behind how the brand is marketed.

You will lead the strategy for the Audience Data and Reporting teams, directing a blended group of product managers and data analysts and owning the vision and delivery of marketing performance data products.

The goal is to turn a large marketing data ecosystem into a data platform that gives audience segmentation and insights to marketers and to agentic AI systems, helping leadership, marketers and analysts make decisions from clear insights.

The team works through four focus areas: upskilling product managers in strategy and data-driven decision making, exploring how generative and agentic AI will change the product management workflow, building faster experimentation that avoids traditional delivery bottlenecks, and refining cross-functional working models so teams share goals.

You will be measured against the company's five product framework areas: customer focus, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full product lifecycle, from setting the strategic roadmap and gathering stakeholder requirements to overseeing the build and upkeep of the data infrastructure behind your products.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team of product managers and data analysts.
  • Shape executive-level strategy and build a culture of innovation and analytical rigor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 5 years of product management experience.
  • Preferred: experience turning business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
  • Preferred: recent, hands-on experience owning strategy and execution end to end at a fast-moving technology company.
  • Strong product mindset combined with deep technical data expertise.
  • A proven record of managing and mentoring high-achieving teams.

Conditions

Based in McLean, VA ($230,400 - $263,000), New York, NY ($251,400 - $286,900), or Wilmington, DE ($209,500 - $239,100), with pay for other locations set by the range for that location; the figures are annual full-time salaries, prorated for part-time roles, and the final offer letter states the exact amount.

The company will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this role.

Applications will be accepted for at least 5 business days.

No agencies.

Benefits

  • Eligible for performance-based incentive pay, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI), either discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
  • Access to health, financial and other benefits; eligibility depends on full- or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level.
