Description

The company runs a marketplace where partners build, publish, monetize, and manage trusted apps, AI agents, APIs, and services for its customers.

This Senior Product Manager role owns the product experiences that keep the marketplace safe, high quality, and quick to publish on, including the partner security review, listing quality, compliance, and ongoing trust capabilities.

The goal is to help partners reach market sooner without weakening trust, scalability, or operational standards.

The company is the leader in AI CRM and workforce transformation in the agentic era.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for the partner security review, from submission through findings, resubmission, and ongoing re-review.
  • Shorten and simplify the security review through guided submission, clearer status and feedback, and automated manual steps.
  • Work with Security Engineering and Security Operations to bring scanning, review tooling, and AI-assisted features into partner products, including for new asset types such as AI agents and MCP servers.
  • Make onboarding, approval, security review, and publishing feel like one smooth experience with no repeated data entry.
  • Set and raise the quality and trust standards for listings, including compliance rules and the signals customers use to pick a solution.
  • Build capabilities that keep the catalog current over time, such as re-review, compliance enforcement, and retiring outdated listings.
  • Work with the Partner Console and marketplace experience teams so trust and quality features appear consistently for partners and customers.
  • Define metrics for marketplace health, instrument them from the start, and use the results to decide what to scale, change, or stop.
  • Write briefs, PRDs, and user stories, and carry work from discovery to launch, using experiments and prototypes to test ideas before heavy engineering investment.
  • Align Engineering, UX, Security, Operations, Partner Success, Legal, and Finance on a shared vision and plan, represent partner needs in prioritization, and report progress and tradeoffs to stakeholders at every level.

Requirements

  • Have 7+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a complex, cross-functional product area, ideally in enterprise SaaS, developer platforms, marketplaces, or partner ecosystems.
  • Have built a product roadmap, gotten stakeholders aligned behind it, and shipped from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Have working knowledge of security, compliance, or governance, and have partnered with security or risk teams.
  • Have strong analytical skills and have used metrics and data to drive decisions.
  • Have built products for developers, partners, or enterprise administrators.
  • Use generative AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini in your daily product work, including research, synthesis, prototyping, and drafting briefs and PRDs.
  • Even better if you have worked on security review, trust and safety, or listing quality and compliance programs, ideally for an app store, marketplace, or partner ecosystem.
  • Even better if you have automated review, approval, or other operational workflows through product work.
  • Even better if you are familiar with AI agents, MCP, or agentic platforms and the security issues they raise.
  • Even better if you know APIs, platform extensibility, or developer tooling.
  • Even better if you are comfortable where foundations are still being built and priorities shift.
