Description

The company has reached 500M+ downloads and 80M+ monthly users after ten years of building.

It runs a health and fitness app centred on female health and is ranked number one worldwide.

A $200M round led by General Atlantic backed the company, and in 2024 it became the first product of its kind to reach a $1B valuation.

It has 7M paid subscribers and the top-rated experience in the App Store's health category.

The company is now building its next generation of digital health: AI-powered, privacy-first and clinically backed.

This role sits close to the company's product leadership and shapes its monetisation roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Find and rank chances to improve paywalls and pricing by region, segment and platform, aiming at user lifetime value and profit.
  • Set pricing strategy and tactics for subscriptions, complementary products and add-ons, in line with business goals and the market.
  • Design and improve paywalls and other monetisation mechanics to lift conversion and make upgrading smooth.
  • Build pricing and offer plans for lifecycle moments and seasonal campaigns to capture extra revenue at key times.
  • Work with engineering, design, analytics and finance to improve monetisation systems, experiment tooling and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee pricing, SKU and subscription setup in App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
  • Serve as the monetisation subject-matter expert, advising product teams on best practice, experiment frameworks and LTV growth.
  • Partner with analysts, designers, researchers and engineers to design and optimise how users convert to Premium.

Requirements

  • Have proven experience building pricing and subscription plan segmentation to raise LTV.
  • Have a strong record of designing high-converting paywalls and personalising monetisation flows by user segment.
  • Have hands-on work with offers, discounts, add-ons and subscription tiers to grow revenue.
  • Have run paywall campaigns, experiments and launches across the app with cross-functional teams.
  • Have deep A/B testing and experimentation skills, validating assumptions and turning results into monetisation changes.
  • Have worked across engineering, design, analytics and marketing to deliver measurable business results.
  • Bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, turning data into insight and evidence-based decisions.
  • Are comfortable in a quick-moving, high-experiment setting with changing priorities and many competing demands, and enjoy experimenting at scale.
  • Have managed monetisation for a B2C app.
  • Have experience with monetisation automation and machine learning techniques.

Conditions

The team is mission-led and product-driven: it moves fast, stays focused and owns work from brief to build to impact.

Debate is welcome and decisions are shared.

Colleagues take the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously, and stay committed and resilient when things get hard, because better health outcomes matter.

Hybrid work, with 3 days per week in the office.

Annual salary of £91,000 to £117,000 GBP; ranges may vary based on skills and experience.
