Description

Its cloud-based solutions cover search, security and observability, combining search precision with AI.

The telemetry pipeline is the shared ingest layer for observability, security and search. It collects data from any source, processes and routes it, and stores it in the company's search engine or in the customer's own object storage. It is built on open standards such as OpenTelemetry and Prometheus.

This director role owns the pipeline end to end and leads the product managers who work on it. The goal is to make the platform the easiest place to bring data for every solution and customer.

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and roadmap for data collection, ingestion, processing and routing, plus the integrations framework.
  • Define and monitor KPIs that measure product and feature adoption.
  • Work with observability, security and search product leaders to build a shared service all of them can use.
  • Make data onboarding self-service, with time to first data measured in minutes.
  • Lead distributed product managers and help them deliver measurable results.
  • Set roadmap priorities using input from customers, internal teams and the community.
  • Scope and define strong features with engineers and designers.
  • Give sales, marketing and partners clear messaging and positioning.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management, with 4+ years leading PM teams in data infrastructure, observability or data pipelines.
  • Strong hands-on understanding of telemetry ingestion: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, log processing, routing and agent management.
  • Experience shipping SaaS products with usage-based pricing and building platform capabilities shared across several product lines.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication.
  • Prior work with the company's stack counts as a plus.

Conditions

Base salary is the only compensation; this role has no variable pay component.

Typical starting salary range: 461 700 zł to 730 400 zł PLN.

Final pay within the range depends on relevant experience, skill and expertise, fit with the role requirements, and the scope and complexity of the position.

Pay ranges reflect external market benchmarks, internal pay equity and the responsibilities of each role.

The company is distributed, and many roles offer flexible locations and schedules.

The company welcomes people with disabilities and values diversity, and age is not a barrier.

Some technology is subject to U.S. and other export controls. People located in or nationals of Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Russia, including the Ukrainian regions of Crimea, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, Kherson or Zaporizhzhia, may be required to hold an export license as a condition of employment. Nationality does not affect eligibility.

Benefits

  • Pay based on the work you do, not your previous salary.
  • Health coverage for you and your family in many locations.
  • Generous vacation days each year.
  • The company matches financial donations and service up to $2000 (or local currency equivalent).
  • Up to 40 hours each year for volunteer projects you choose.
  • At least 16 weeks of parental leave.
  • Benefits aim for parity across regions, though rules vary by location.
