This senior product role leads product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflow features across the pharmacy management and Data & Insights platforms.

The role sits within Data Strategy & Analytics and turns customer needs, pharmacy workflows, modernization goals, and business objectives into scalable product features, clear requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable results.

You will work with Engineering, Architecture, Data Science, UX, Compliance, Commercial, and Pharmacy Operations to embed insights into pharmacy workflows and guide the Data & Insights Platform toward a cloud-native, AI-ready design that delivers governed, scalable data products across EnterpriseRx, CPS, APS, Supplylogix, and future product lines.

The role also owns the product strategy and roadmap for the Data & Insights Platform, making AI and advanced analytics core parts of the pharmacy platform.

Responsibilities

  • Set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcome targets for the Data & Insights Platform, aligned with Pharmacy Systems modernization and the Pharmacy Operating System strategy.
  • Move the platform toward a cloud-native, AI-enabled analytics product that balances scalability, reliability, governance, security, performance, and cost.
  • Own product strategy for reporting, analytics, self-service insights, data products, AI-powered experiences, and customer-facing intelligence.
  • Set priorities for Snowflake optimization, governed data access, semantic models, auditability, data quality, lineage, and service-level management.
  • Build shared analytics and data product capabilities across EnterpriseRx, CPS, APS, and Supplylogix that deliver governed insights spanning domains.
  • Work with customers, pharmacy subject matter experts, UX, Commercial, and Product Owners to find high-value opportunities and turn them into measurable outcomes.
  • Write product requirements, MVP scope, user stories, acceptance criteria, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Set roadmap and backlog priorities using customer feedback, market analysis, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Work with Commercial and Finance on packaging, entitlements, adoption, monetization, cost-to-serve, and value realization.
  • Lead design-partner engagements, pilots, product launches, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Define the AI product vision and roadmap for the Data & Insights Platform and the wider Pharmacy Operating System.
  • Find chances to automate workflows, improve decisions, improve user experience, and raise operational efficiency.
  • Turn modernization goals into scalable AI-enabled capabilities that deliver customer and business value.
  • Make sure AI solutions meet platform standards for scalability, configurability, multi-tenancy, security, governance, and reuse.
  • Set requirements for explainability, responsible AI, monitoring, user feedback, adoption, and trustworthy outputs.
  • Work with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data Science to validate, prioritize, and scale AI capabilities.
  • Act as the product management lead for data, analytics, reporting, and AI platform capabilities.
  • Work with Engineering, Architecture, UX, Data Strategy, Security, Compliance, Commercial, and Pharmacy Operations to deliver roadmap commitments.
  • Define functional and non-functional requirements for analytics and AI-enabled workflows.
  • Make sure solutions are scalable, configurable, secure, multi-tenant, and resilient in operation.
  • Lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning, UAT, release readiness, and delivery governance.
  • Align platform capabilities with APIs, event-driven architecture, domain-driven design, and reusable platform services.
  • Track adoption, performance, customer outcomes, and product value to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent experience, typically with 7+ years of relevant work.
