The team at the company's Analytics Solutions department builds advanced data architectures and enterprise analytics for helicopter engineering and manufacturing.

The role sits in the Data and Analytics Product and Service Line, where you turn business needs into data requirements that sharpen operational decisions and reporting.

The role is permanent, in the Digital job family, at professional experience level.

Responsibilities

  • Turn complex business requirements into clear functional specifications and technical data models for IM solutions.
  • Build interactive analytics dashboards and reports in visualization tools such as Spotfire and Skywise (Palantir Foundry).
  • Profile, cleanse and map data to fix quality problems and uphold governance standards.
  • Act as the main link between operational business units and technical development teams, keeping stakeholders aligned.
  • Set and track project KPIs that measure solution rollout and user adoption rates.
  • Stay alert to possible compliance risks and act with integrity, which underpins the company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Completed bachelor's degree in IT or a comparable field.
  • At least 5-10 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst or in an Information Management function.

  • Solid knowledge of data modeling, ETL pipeline structures and data warehouse principles.
  • Practical experience working in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe, and using tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Professional English.
  • Conversational German is highly beneficial.
  • Not a 100% match? The company still supports your personal growth with customized development solutions.

Conditions

Permanent contract.

Working 35 hours a week, with flextime, mobile working, part-time options, job sharing and sabbaticals available.

Based at the Donauwörth site.

30 days of annual leave under the collective agreement.

  • On-site company doctor, health programs including sports courses and preventive care, and a canteen and cafeteria.
  • Childcare at selected locations.
  • Development opportunities and international, group-wide career paths.
