  • Take an active part in complex architecture, design and sizing work, identifying site-specific parameters, risks and constraints.
  • Deliver strong work within agreed SLAs, and track and record it accurately in the ticketing system.
  • Manage customer expectations, raise concerns early, and propose ways to reduce risk when problems come up.
  • Show technical credibility and professionalism in conversations with customers and partners.
  • Keep up with new products, features and best practices, and make good use of available technical resources.

  • Train, mentor and guide new colleagues and junior team members.
  • Complete administrative and documentation tasks for your scope of work, with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in IT or a related technical field.
  • A proven IT background, gained through work or study, with the ability to analyze very technical information and explain it to different audiences.
  • 3-7 years of experience in the technology industry, focused on technical selling.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical skills for spotting and solving problems.
  • Solid technical skills in your assigned area of specialization.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Good business and financial judgment.
  • Working knowledge of consultative selling, including active listening, framing, whiteboarding and storytelling.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint for technical documents and customer materials.
  • Working knowledge of collaboration and knowledge-sharing tools such as SharePoint, Confluence and Teams.
  • Familiarity with social media, blogging and internal content platforms used to share technical knowledge.
  • Relevant industry or technology certifications are preferred, or in progress. (Optional)
