Senior AI Solution Architect

Description

The company wants a Senior AI Solution Architect based in Czechia to help shape its AI strategy and lead the design of secure, scalable AI solutions.

You will set solution approaches and make key architecture decisions for generative AI, LLM and intelligent automation work, making sure the applications fit the company's technology standards, target architecture and long-term business goals.

The process has two interview rounds: a technical interview held online, then an HR interview in person at the Prague office.

Responsibilities

• Design AI, GenAI and cloud solution architectures.
• Lead architectural decisions and give technical direction across AI initiatives.
• Work with architects, AI engineers, product owners and business stakeholders across the company.
• Make sure solutions are secure, scalable and consistent with enterprise architecture standards.
• Mentor AI engineers and help build AI architecture skills across the organisation.

Requirements

• 5+ years designing and delivering AI, data or cloud solutions.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM applications, RAG or AI agents.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architecture.
• Experience with scalable applications, microservices, Kubernetes or Databricks.
• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to explain ideas to both technical and business audiences.
