Description

The Business Data, Analytics & Tools (BDAT) team builds analytics, joined-up data and better tools so Europe & Asia Client Group (EACG) teams can work efficiently and decide with confidence.

This is a senior analyst role for someone with sharp analytical judgement and a solid grasp of digital data and analytics.

The role sits between the BDAT team and Capabilities & Client Experience (CCE), Marketing Technology (MarTech), and marketing and technology partners.

You will help plan and deliver BDAT's long-term digital data and analytics roadmap, turning engagement data into reports, reusable data products and insights that show how clients move through digital journeys and which content works.

The company has been investing for 9 decades and employs over 9,000 associates across 30+ offices worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Help run the BDAT digital data and analytics roadmap by turning business priorities into prioritised data product requirements, milestones and measurable results, working with CCE, MarTech, marketing and technology stakeholders.
  • Manage the upkeep of core digital data, including standardised Marketing Golden Records, contact-level engagement data, quality checks, lineage, definitions and reusable datasets, alongside data owners and stewards.
  • Put a single taxonomy in place across digital channels, with consistent tagging, controlled values and shared reporting definitions in Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront, Seismic and Salesforce CRM.
  • Build a scalable way to measure A/B tests and experiments, working with digital and marketing teams to assess client journeys, content, campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Build and improve Adobe page dashboards and other digital analytics outputs so stakeholders can trust their view of web performance, engagement, content effectiveness and optimisation options, including using emerging Adobe and AI tools such as Adobe Co-Work to speed up insight.
  • Represent BDAT's data and analytics needs in the future Adobe Experience Platform rollout, defining requirements for audiences, measurement, data quality and governance that support personalisation at scale.
  • Find and support uses of AI and automation in digital analytics, such as content and page recommendations, client journey insights, performance signals and automated commentary.
  • Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, helping set priorities and keeping analytics solutions aligned with business goals.

Requirements

  • You have worked in web analytics, digital analytics or digital marketing measurement.
  • You have used Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront or comparable digital experience platforms.
  • You have worked with customer and campaign data from Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • You have worked with cloud data and analytics platforms such as Databricks, and you use SQL or Python.
  • You have used business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • You have used AI and automation to speed up insight generation.
  • You have turned business needs into analytics, reporting or data product requirements.
  • You understand asset management and the data challenges specific to the industry.
  • You communicate well, and you can explain complex data ideas to varied audiences.
  • You solve problems well, and you work proactively with little supervision.
