  • Experience with generative AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub and/or Microsoft Copilot, Glean and Databricks Genie.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • An M.S. or Ph.D. in operations research, engineering, computer science, applied statistics, economics, physics or a related field. Equivalent additional experience may replace the advanced degree.
  • Preferred: Experience taking AI, machine learning or data science products from concept to production.
  • Preferred: Experience shaping product decisions and methodological direction.
  • Preferred: Broad knowledge of modern data science methods, tools and technologies, and a clear drive to keep growing technically.
  • Preferred: Experience building solutions that are reliable, maintainable, scalable and ready for operations.
  • Preferred: Experience working across multidisciplinary teams that include data engineering, software engineering, product delivery and business stakeholders.
  • Preferred: A track record of linking technical work to measurable business impact. Publications, conference talks, patents or other intellectual property, committed open-source work, or other external technical recognition are also preferred.
