Data Engineer (all genders)

Responsibilities

• Collect and process raw, structured, semi-structured and unstructured data with batch and real-time frameworks.
• Design, build and manage data pipelines for internal and external clients.
• Track pipeline performance and improve it.
• Advise internal and external stakeholders on technology choices.
• Help customers obtain the data they need quickly and openly so they can build intelligent data products in mobility, automotive, industrial, consumer, financial and non-profit settings.
• Work on fast-moving projects that deliver new solutions for customers.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• You hold a suitable degree.
• You speak English.
• You have strong Python skills and experience with scripting in Bash, Python, Go or Ruby.
• You have worked with ETL, Spark, Amazon Web Services (AWS), CI/CD, data warehouses and data architecture.
• You have experience with streaming processing tools such as Kafka or Event Hubs, and you know SQL.
• You have experience with Agile methods and software development.
• You communicate well.
