Description

The team sits in Technology Consulting and helps organizations get more value from their data.

Projects cover modern data platforms, analytics, reporting and transformation for clients in many industries, from large banks and financial institutions abroad to Czech companies.

The team is led by a Director who also works as Data Architect and delivery data lead, helping clients build large-scale data platforms and turn data and AI technologies into business value.

You join a supportive group of analysts, data engineers and architects. You do not need to know everything at the start. You will build your technical and analytical skills on real client work and see how data solutions are designed, built and used.

Responsibilities

  • Set data transformation rules and keep data quality high across datasets.

  • Automate repeated data tasks so they run faster and more reliably.
  • Work alongside data engineers, architects, developers and testers.
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Cover the whole data lifecycle, from understanding the business to reporting.
  • Grow toward senior data analyst, data architect or another specialist data role.

Requirements

  • Hold a university degree (Bachelor's or higher) and have practical data analysis experience from internships, jobs or academic projects.
  • Know SQL or Python well and understand data warehousing concepts and data structures.
  • Think analytically and explain insights clearly to people without a technical background.
  • Would help you stand out: experience with data modeling concepts and modeling frameworks.
  • Would help you stand out: Python, R or another scripting language for data manipulation.
  • Would help you stand out: reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar.
  • Would help you stand out: familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric or BigQuery.
  • Would help you stand out: knowledge of data warehousing, data quality, ETL/ELT or data orchestration tools.
  • Would help you stand out: ability to turn findings into strong presentations and business stories.
