Data Analyst (Sales Operations)

The firm works with enterprise leaders on AI platforms and digital transformation.

You would support the sales operations side for a client: a California plumbing services company founded in 1994 that handles commercial plumbing, maintenance, repairs and installations, with a strong base in Southern California and a growing service operation.

Responsibilities

• Clean existing records in ServiceTitan and LuxorCRM by fixing errors, removing duplicates and filling gaps.
• Check that account owners, contact details, referral sources and campaign data match across both platforms.
• Run daily exports from ServiceTitan and imports into LuxorCRM, applying the right reference tags.
• Create and edit sales opportunities in both systems, confirming estimate values and account details.
• Log data discrepancies and recurring problems, then pass them to the sales team.

Requirements

• Professional experience in data entry, sales operations or CRM data upkeep.
• Careful attention to detail and the stamina for repetitive, high-volume data work.
• Spreadsheet skills covering CSV imports and exports, lookups, deduplication and reconciliation.
• Ability to pick up new platforms quickly through vendor training.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan or LuxorCRM.
• Experience in field services or trades such as plumbing, HVAC or electrical.
• Previous work on CRM data migration or cleanup projects.
• English at upper-intermediate level.
