Its portfolio includes some of the best-known mobile titles, which reach top chart positions worldwide and have more than 25 million daily active users.

The team is small and focused on player rewards, and it is growing alongside the company's wider strategy.

Responsibilities

• Work on the team's new player rewards platform, where players of free-to-play casual mobile games earn points, finish challenges and win real prizes.
• Own the fraud-related user segments, from deciding how signals are read to tracking how well each category performs over time.
• Review fraud signals on a regular basis, adding, removing and refining them so suspicious activity can be told apart from legitimate play. Current candidates include IP spoofing, VPN use and unusual play patterns.
• Work with the analyst focused on gameplay signals and with product and data colleagues to keep the segmentation system useful as fraud tactics shift.
• Advise the product team on which verification methods suit each market. FaceTec is used for facial checks today, and other countries may need ID scanning or phone verification.
• Investigate users sent to manual review, including unclear cases in the Tremendous queue, and find ways to make that review work better.
• Spot gaps in the available signals and recommend third-party tools for the product roadmap where they would add value.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience using data to investigate fraud and to shape detection or prevention decisions, rather than only supporting a fraud team.
• Experience designing or improving fraud signals, user segments or review processes, and an interest in how those decisions need to change as tactics evolve.
• The ability to work with product and other teams to turn analysis into fraud controls that run in day-to-day operations.

Open to candidates based in Europe. Warsaw is preferred, as several colleagues in this work are based there.
