The team is hiring a Data Analyst / Architect to support enterprise data, analytics and digital transformation work.

You would work directly with business and technical stakeholders to shape data products, set up governance, map business processes and design scalable architectures for operational and analytical needs in large organizations.

The role combines business analysis, architecture, governance and stakeholder engagement. It suits someone comfortable working between business strategy and technical implementation.

You would take on hard engineering problems alongside experienced peers.

Responsibilities

• Define data products together with business and technical stakeholders.
• Establish data governance frameworks.
• Document business processes.
• Design scalable data architectures that support operational and analytical use cases across complex organizations.

Requirements

• Have 10+ years in data architecture, data analysis, business intelligence, data engineering, data platforms, analytics or a closely related field.
• Have 2+ years supporting manufacturing, industrial IoT, operational technology, supply chain, logistics, asset management or other operationally intensive environments.
• Have led stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions and architecture reviews.
• Have documented business processes, workflows, requirements and solution designs.
• Have created conceptual, logical and physical data models.
• Have defined data governance, ownership, stewardship and operating models.
• Have worked with both business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
• Communicate well in presentations and written documentation.
• Technical skills: data architecture, data modeling, data governance, business process analysis, requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, data lineage concepts, data dictionaries and metadata management, architecture documentation, and SQL.
• Preferred: Databricks architecture, Azure data platform, data product design and management, Bronze / Silver / Gold (Medallion) architecture, master data management (MDM), enterprise data governance, Power BI, manufacturing or operational analytics, digital factory initiatives, Industry 4.0 programs, operational excellence initiatives, RTLS environments, MES platforms, SCADA / PLC environments, and citizen developer governance models.
• Preferred tools: Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, Power BI and Databricks.
