  • Introduce extensions to Dataverse and the Common Data Model consistently and in line with industry best practice.
  • Identify and address non-functional requirements, including secure configuration, access controls, environment sizing, monitoring and a workable support model.
  • Implement and maintain governance policies such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and access controls to support compliance and security.
  • Take part in regular reviews with partners and internal teams to confirm compliance and security standards are met.
  • Help develop, apply and improve governance models, standards and policies.
  • Share knowledge and best practice through daily work and mentoring.
  • Contribute to community efforts such as how-to guides, design standards and training content where useful.

Requirements

  • You have experience defining, designing, developing, testing and deploying D365 and Power Platform applications and solutions, as a functional specialist or developer.
  • You have strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and/or Power Platform and know when to use tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
  • You understand Azure cloud technology and the Azure security model.
  • You communicate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • You are self-motivated and keep up to date with technologies, trends, best practices and security considerations.
  • You work well with others and help develop your teammates' skills.
