  • Be familiar with hand tools, power tools, and basic test equipment.
  • Communicate clearly in speech and writing.
  • Have basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Hold valid authorisation to live and work in Germany, and be able to return to Germany after the Taiwan training assignment.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Meet customer site requirements, including safety, environmental, and health protocols.
  • Build technical knowledge of semiconductor equipment and cleanroom operations, along with a basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, vacuum, pneumatic, or automation systems.
  • Show the willingness and ability to learn maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair methods, and build proficiency on the company's equipment through structured training and mentoring.

  • Deliver reliable work on assigned tasks, support uptime, customer satisfaction, and team goals, and follow procedures while growing your independence.
  • Show quick learning and curiosity, emotional maturity and resilience, and respect for procedures and safety.
  • Adapt to international assignments and multicultural teams, communicate and collaborate well, and keep working effectively at the pace of semiconductor manufacturing.
  • Preferred: experience working in cleanrooms.
