Description

The company is a global third-party logistics provider offering supply chain and e-commerce services.

You would split your week between two sites: Puttershoek, supporting a growing international fashion operation, and Lelystad, helping build out one of the company's newest logistics locations for a technology customer.

Both sites run international teams, ambitious targets and a steady need for new hires.

The role suits someone who works well independently, is comfortable making decisions without waiting for approval and enjoys daily contact with managers.

Recruitment process: a phone screening with the recruiter, a first interview with a site tour, a second interview, then an assessment and case study.

Responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment process for Puttershoek and Lelystad, from intake to the job offer.
• Advise and challenge hiring managers on recruitment approach, labour market conditions and candidate selection.
• Source candidates actively and build talent pools for current and future roles.
• Work with HR, sourcing and employer branding colleagues to reach the right target groups.
• Help improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and employer branding.
• Work closely with the HR Advisors at both sites and be part of the central Recruitment Team.
• Serve as the dedicated recruitment partner and first point of contact for managers at both sites.
• Travel to the headquarters in Gennep about once a month for meetings, knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Spend most weeks as follows: two days in Puttershoek, two days in Lelystad and one day working from home.

Requirements

• HBO-level working and thinking ability, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
• An excellent command of English.
• Experience managing vacancies on your own and building strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience sourcing candidates and approaching them proactively.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes.
• A proactive, independent and results-driven approach with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work at both the Puttershoek and Lelystad locations.
• Speaking Dutch is an advantage but not required.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or operations recruitment is an advantage.
• Living within reasonable travelling distance of both locations is an advantage.

Conditions

Willingness to travel between Puttershoek and Lelystad is essential.

Typical week: two days in Puttershoek, two days in Lelystad and one day from home.

Monthly visits to the headquarters in Gennep.

Based on 40 hours per week.
