Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Supply Chain)

Description

This Senior Talent Acquisition Partner role is based in Prague, Czechia, and sits in the Human Resources function within Talent Acquisition at a professional level.

You will join the EMEA team that recruits for the Innovative Medicine supply chain.

The company works across Innovative Medicine and MedTech, developing healthcare solutions for complex diseases.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from start to finish, aiming to find the strongest candidates on the market.
• Screen and shortlist candidates by weighing their past experience and how well they fit the company culture.
• Give candidates and hiring managers a strong experience at every stage.
• Build and maintain working relationships with colleagues, hiring managers, HR partners and candidates.
• Lead how recruitment technology is used and keep the data accurate at all times.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and advertising, and use third-party agencies when needed.
• Follow up on every recruitment step promptly.
• Take on project work as needed, in line with Talent Acquisition goals and objectives.

Requirements

• About 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficiency in English.
• A results-driven attitude and the ability to prioritise and manage a high volume of different roles.
• Experience designing HR solutions, with strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external partners to deliver them enterprise-wide.
• An understanding of AI concepts and frameworks, including responsible and ethical AI use, writing effective prompts to improve output, and how AI affects the workforce.
• Strong people skills combined with the discipline to keep processes, systems and administration accurate and current.
• Preferred: Dutch, German or Italian.
• Preferred: prior experience in a multinational corporation.
• Preferred: experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce and MS Office products.
• Preferred skills: Administrative Recruiting, Business Behavior, Candidate Interviewing, Coaching, Detail-Oriented, HR Strategic Management, Human Resources Consulting, Problem Solving, Process Improvements, Project Support, Recruiting, Recruitment Marketing, Situational Awareness, Talent Management, Training Administration.

Conditions

Full-time contract with a hybrid work model, based in Prague, Czechia.

Base pay range: Kč704,000.00 - Kč1,135,050.00.
