This junior Talent Acquisition role focuses on tech hiring, with a strong emphasis on Engineering, Product and Tech vacancies. It suits someone moving from agency recruitment to in-house, or someone who wants to build an international in-house TA career in fintech.

You will work in a cross-functional, international recruitment team and help new hires settle in from their first day. The company is growing fast and hiring is a top priority.

  • Guide candidates through each stage so that their experience is positive whatever the outcome.
  • Keep candidates engaged, set clear expectations and negotiate offers in a competitive tech hiring market.
  • Learn what engineering and product teams technically need so you can match the right candidate to each role.
  • Build strong working relationships with hiring managers, tech leads and stakeholders at every level across the company.
  • Manage calendars and book interviews, including live coding and technical assessments.
  • Keep candidate data and pipelines accurate in Greenhouse, the recruitment system.

Requirements

  • Some previous recruitment experience, either in an agency or in an in-house or TA role.
  • Experience recruiting for Tech, Engineering or Product roles.
  • Experience recruiting across Spain and the wider EMEA region.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written, which is essential for working in the Madrid hub and an international team.
  • Highly organised and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong service mindset.
  • A flexible approach and the ability to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Financial Services or Fintech recruitment is beneficial.
  • Your first priority will be supporting the tech team's growth, though you may also be asked to support wider recruitment needs across functions.

Conditions
