  • Hands-on sourcing skill, including passive-candidate research, talent mapping and competitive analysis.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and current sourcing tools, and working knowledge of Workday and Gem or similar platforms.
  • Strong judgment on talent, able to separate strong credentials from real role fit.
  • Ability to influence hiring managers without formal authority and hold them to clear criteria and high standards.
  • Experience in a complex, high-performance organization or a respected search firm.
  • Strong closing and offer-negotiation skills.
  • A polished, credible and confident presence with candidates, hiring managers and senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently, with urgency, and run complex searches from intake to close.
  • Organization, discretion, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Resourcefulness, curiosity and persistence in finding talent beyond the obvious channels.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field (preferred).
