Description

The company is a technology firm within global Accenture that serves the US federal government across defense, national security, public safety, civilian, and military health. Its team of over 13,000 people works on missions that strengthen the nation and improve life for people.

You will connect business analysis, solution design, and integration so that AI gets the context it needs to produce dependable results that support the mission. The role turns approved user stories into prompts, designs and oversees the subagents that carry them out, runs the AI build pipeline, and keeps a prompt library in good shape. The work also fits into CI/CD pipelines while meeting security and ATO (Authority to Operate) standards.

Responsibilities

  • Convert approved user stories into AFS-compliant agent prompts that match project goals and mission outcomes.
  • Plan the architecture of specialized subagents in the build pipeline, setting each agent's purpose, scope, tools, and limits.
  • Write routing, delegation, and escalation logic that decides when to answer directly, call a subagent, run specialists side by side, ask a follow-up question, use a tool, hand off to a person, or refuse an unsafe action.
  • Define contracts between agents and subagents covering inputs, context boundaries, structured outputs, confidence and evidence, latency budgets, cancellation, and failure handling.
  • Build and maintain the full context layer using the 5 C's framework.
  • Set up, run, and manage AI build pipelines with generative agentic tools and orchestration frameworks such as Claude, Codex, and LangGraph.
  • Keep the prompt library current through version control, quality scoring, and ongoing refinement based on reviewed outputs and feedback.
  • Build and maintain RAG knowledge bases, and check earlier context files for precedent and predictive insight before writing new prompts.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines, adding SAST and vulnerability scanning and automated ATO evidence generation.
  • Prototype quickly with AI-assisted coding to test complex prompting and data workflows before full implementation.
  • Document your work clearly, train others, and become the team's go-to expert on prompting and context practices.
  • Work with AI Product Leads, Senior AI Engineers, and Verification Engineers to deliver AI solutions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business analysis, solution integration, or solution design.
  • Solid record of configuring AI build pipelines with generative, agentic AI tools and agent-orchestration frameworks such as Claude, Codex, or LangGraph.
  • Expert-level LLM prompting with hands-on API experience, including prompt parameters, components, and conversational outputs.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes, including security validation and compliance integration.
  • Skill in querying and analyzing structured data and prior context files to find useful insights.
  • Understanding of AI build pipelines, subagent orchestration, and RAG knowledge-base creation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems and managing a prompt library.
  • Experience on agile teams or with scrum methods.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance processes for AI operations.
  • Bonus: a bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: basic coding skills for rapid prototyping and iterating on data or prompting workflows.
  • Bonus: multimodal prompting experience with images and video, and familiarity with text-embedding models.
  • Bonus: a background in copywriting, data science, or software engineering.
  • Bonus: prior work with conversational LLM outputs and feedback-driven prompt refinement.
  • Bonus: strong written communication, with the ability to document work clearly and train others.
