Description

The team works on customer-facing product for real enterprises at scale, building agentic software and embedding AI directly into the platform with modern tooling.

The company was acquired by a global enterprise but still works with a startup's pace and ownership, with the distribution, resources and long-term runway of a larger firm.

Engineers own work end to end, from idea to production, including scoping, implementation, testing, deployment, monitoring and iteration based on real customer feedback, without layers of approvals.

Students and people who graduated within the last 12 months should look at the FutureForce program instead.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex product initiatives from an unclear problem through technical design, implementation, launch and ongoing ownership.
  • Build reliable meeting booking, calendaring, routing and workflow features that directly affect conversion and revenue.
  • Build and extend integrations with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, collaboration, calendaring and data enrichment platforms.
  • Build intuitive public APIs and reliable webhooks so customers and partners can extend the product.
  • Design for third-party realities: API limits, OAuth credentials, inconsistent data, retries, synchronization and partial failures.
  • Advance AI-assisted features such as meeting preparation, routing investigation and explanations of product behavior.
  • Improve the scalability, observability, security and supportability of critical production systems, and trace difficult customer issues to their root cause.
  • Raise the engineering bar through technical leadership, design and code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Work on the foundational systems that handle prospect identification, meeting scheduling and routing, calendar and go-to-market data sync, workflow execution and enterprise authentication.
  • Support the data, context and execution capabilities behind the agentic product experiences.

Requirements

  • You have independently delivered complex SaaS capabilities from design through launch and ongoing operation.
  • You are strong across the full stack, especially in backend systems, APIs, relational data models and background processing.
  • You have built or operated integrations with complex third-party platforms.
  • You make sound calls on reliability, data integrity, security and incremental system change.
  • You debug well across application, integration and data boundaries.
  • You have shown technical leadership, influencing architecture and delivery beyond your own workstream.
  • You work well with ambiguity, can frame problems, propose solutions and bring others into agreement.
  • You think about product: UX and customer outcomes matter to you, not only implementation.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, routing, enrichment or workflow products is expected.
  • Familiarity with OAuth, webhooks, synchronization pipelines, rate-limited APIs or eventual consistency is expected.
  • Experience with enterprise identity systems such as SSO, SAML or SCIM is expected.
  • Experience building production AI or LLM applications, agent tooling or explainability features is expected.
  • Plus: experience with Rails, React, Postgres or AWS. Adaptability matters most.

Benefits

  • Your work sits directly in the customer conversion path, so improvements to booking, routing and workflows lead to more deals won by customers.
  • You solve hard integration problems at depth, including OAuth, webhooks, rate limits, sync and partial failure, when connecting enterprise systems at scale.
  • AI is central to the product, and you help build the context and execution layer behind the agentic experiences, from meeting preparation to explainability.
  • The team values craft and decisive action, rewards strong ideas and treats shipping as the normal outcome, with little bureaucracy.
  • The company offers benefits and resources to help employees find balance and do their best work, and AI agents help employees have more impact.
