Change Management Engineer

Description

The company makes memory and storage products.

The role sits on the MES application team and works across local and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead local and global projects that improve how the MES is set up.
• Act as application owner: train the team, give feedback, and propose fixes for issues.
• Support projects across several MES applications.
• Standardise system setups worldwide around best-known methods for Traveler and Process Control.
• Carry out software improvements, updates and upgrades.
• Manage business processes and QMS components so they run efficiently, meet requirements and deliver their intended outputs.
• Keep the QMS and business processes intact during planned changes so customer requirements are still met.
• Encourage a strong focus on internal and external customers across the organisation.
• Use AI tools such as CoPilot or Claude to improve processes, or show interest in doing so.

Requirements

• Minimum: a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum: at least 2+ years of semiconductor fab experience.
• Minimum: strong data analysis and computer skills.
• Minimum: working knowledge of MES systems and applications.
• Preferred: clear verbal and written communication, including presenting data to large meetings.
• Preferred: working knowledge of fab processing.
• Preferred: a track record of coordinating work across groups.
• Preferred: strong data analysis and computer skills.
• Preferred: proven skill in coordinating and prioritising several tasks at once.
• Preferred: a record of sound, well-informed decisions.
• Preferred: experience leading and coordinating meetings.
• Preferred: experience or interest in building Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.
