Description

The company makes memory and storage products. Its Cloud Memory Business Unit builds memory for AI, machine learning, high-performance computing and cloud systems.

The team spans engineering, operations, marketing and business functions and takes high bandwidth memory (HBM) products from concept to delivery.

This is an early-career role for a recent graduate with technical grounding, business interest and analytical skills. You will work with senior product managers to learn customer needs, study technology and market trends, support product decisions and help deliver the next generation of HBM products. The role also offers chances to use AI tools for research and product work.

Responsibilities

  • Help plan and deliver HBM products by collecting requirements, tracking milestones, analyzing data and keeping engineering, operations, marketing and business teams aligned.
  • Study AI, HPC, cloud, semiconductor and competitor trends, then turn what you find into insights for roadmap planning.
  • Work with product managers and engineers to assess customer requirements and system factors such as bandwidth, capacity, performance, power, cost and packaging.
  • Prepare product analyses, business cases, presentations and roadmap materials for internal stakeholders and customer meetings.
  • Use AI tools where suitable to speed up research, data work, synthesis and product tasks.

Requirements

  • Complete a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, physics or a closely related technical field before the start date.
  • Show analytical problem-solving and comfort reading technical or numerical information through academic, internship, research or project work.
  • Have a working grasp of computer architecture, semiconductor devices, memory technology, digital systems or computing, from coursework or hands-on work.
  • Have worked on team projects in school, jobs, internships or extracurricular activities.
  • Explain technical ideas clearly in writing, in presentations or through project work.
  • Preferred: a master's degree in one of the fields above, or coursework or clear interest in business or product management.
  • Preferred: internship, co-op, research or academic work on semiconductors, DRAM, HBM, computer architecture, AI, HPC, cloud computing or advanced packaging.
  • Preferred: experience using data analysis or visualization to assess technical, market or business information and report conclusions.
  • Preferred: demonstrated interest in customer needs and in linking technical capability to product or business opportunities, through coursework, projects, competitions or internships.
  • Preferred: experience using AI for technical research, analysis, productivity or project work.
