Description

The company is a large media and entertainment business with film, television, streaming and theme park operations, and this role sits within its Enterprise Business Solutions AI product team.

You will work closely with engineering, product and business teams to build and ship AI products for the company's internal business units.

You will own agent products across their full lifecycle, from discovery through deployment and ongoing iteration.

The role mixes technical, design, education and product work. You will learn the business needs in depth, find where AI adds the most value, write code and ship working solutions.

Your work will shape how employees experience their work and how effectively they produce results.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the enterprise business and product teams to find the highest-value uses for agentic solutions, covering deployment, tool adoption and infrastructure architecture.
  • Co-build agentic solutions with business teams, then help them customize, maintain and run the agents after launch.
  • Help build end-to-end agent products, including multi-agent orchestration, tool use and structured reasoning, from concept and design through implementation, keeping them scalable, adaptable and aligned with business goals.
  • Work with client-facing teams to learn customer use cases and make sure conversational agents serve both end users and stakeholders.
  • Turn unclear business problems into well-scoped agent product requirements with clear success metrics.
  • Use data to improve AI products and business outcomes, tracking adoption, output quality, user journeys, time-to-insight and other KPIs.
  • Own agent quality by building evaluation frameworks, monitoring accuracy in production and iterating on prompts based on eval results.
  • Write documentation, present to business partners, run demos and walk-throughs, and deliver AI-driven analytics that support real-time, data-informed decisions across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in digital product development or a closely related field.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience developing and deploying large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architecture, including prompt engineering, tool use and agent orchestration, plus NLP, machine learning and big data analytics.
  • Analytical skills to identify user patterns, insights and performance metrics.
  • Ability to gather and understand complex requirements across all levels of the business.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences, and to define requirements and refine solutions over time.
  • Hands-on experience building products on large datasets and enterprise data architectures that involve systems integration, data governance and security compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, cloud services and analytics tools such as Python, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
  • Expertise in the SDLC, scoping, iteration planning, user story writing and rollout management.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Preferred: experience building multi-agent systems or complex LLM orchestration pipelines.
  • Preferred: familiarity with evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs, covering accuracy, hallucination detection and quality scoring.
  • Preferred: ability to build end-to-end prototypes, from data pipelines through user-facing interfaces.
  • Preferred: background in ERP systems, media, commerce, enablement or enterprise operations.
  • Preferred: experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar tool-use frameworks.
  • Preferred: experience embedded with business teams, such as in solutions engineering, field engineering or similar roles.
