Description

The company is a global gaming leader with teams around the world, and this role sits in the Publishing Business Services group.

As Campaign Program Manager, you are the central coordinator between Creative Houses and cross-functional teams such as creative operations, media, sales and social media, linking brand marketing with operations to deliver campaign assets on schedule, on brief, within budget and to a high quality bar.

You report day to day to the Director, Campaign Management and own planning, timelines and delivery schedules for one or several franchises.

Responsibilities

  • Collect campaign content needs, briefs and status updates from Creative Houses and cross-functional teams, and act as their go-between.
  • Create and keep up integrated campaign plans covering milestones, dependencies, timelines and deliverables, and track progress, flag risks and propose ways to mitigate them.
  • Keep plans, milestones, deliverables, risks and key decisions accurate, easy to reach and consistently shared with all stakeholders.
  • Keep teams aligned on deadlines, deliverables and ownership so stakeholders have what they need to decide.
  • Make sure information and deliverables move smoothly between all production stakeholders, and encourage collaboration, openness and efficiency across creative and operational teams.
  • With Creative Houses, push standard processes and shared tools, hold them to cross-functional schedules, and keep campaign priorities on course.
  • With the cross-functional publishing teams, share asset delivery timelines and ETAs, set priorities when needed, and check that brand and creative guidelines are followed.
  • Run retrospectives, record lessons, spot repeat problems and recommend changes to processes, governance, tools, methods, reporting and collaboration.
  • Collect data on asset delivery, execution and use from stakeholders, and turn it into campaign-level insight on planning, information flow, alignment, governance, resourcing, asset use and efficiency.
  • Own campaign management standards, governance frameworks, tools and best practices, and make sure they are applied consistently across campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, content workflows and dependencies tied to asset transformation and execution, and track production through to delivery.

Requirements

  • Strong background in campaign management, program management, project management, marketing operations, creative operations, publishing operations or a closely related field.
  • Experience planning and running complex marketing campaigns or cross-functional programs from brief to delivery.
  • Good understanding of how campaigns are built and delivered across brand, creative, production, media, CRM, community, sales, and digital platforms and storefronts.
  • Skill in building integrated plans, workback schedules, milestones, dependencies and readiness requirements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to bring together teams that have different priorities, constraints and ways of working.
  • Experience spotting risks, solving operational problems and escalating issues with clear recommendations.
  • Ability to juggle several campaigns, workstreams, priorities and deadlines at once.
  • Strong facilitation skills, including leading cross-functional planning sessions, reviews and decision meetings.
  • Ability to drive alignment and accountability without formal authority over the people involved.
  • Clear written and spoken communication, able to make complex campaign information easy to act on.
  • Experience with campaign, project management, collaboration or reporting tools used to keep visibility and support decisions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability, with the skill to read campaign data and turn lessons into process improvements for future campaigns.
  • A collaborative, proactive and flexible approach in a matrixed, changing organization.
  • Fluent English is mandatory. French is a plus.
