Description

The company is hiring a Program Management Intern for a 6-month internship starting January 2027, based at its headquarters in Paris, The Island.

The internship supports a multi-year ERP programme that aligns and standardises four end-to-end processes: Finance, Purchasing, Sales and Customer Management, and Operations.

The programme involves finance, operations, sales, technology, procurement, sustainability and external partners across the group.

You would gain first-hand experience of a global ERP transformation at a large multinational, work across functions and geographies, build governance, risk tracking and process improvement skills, and contribute to one of the most ambitious digital transformation initiatives in wine and spirits.

Happy Trainees 2025: 92.2% of interns and alternates recommend the company as an employer.

Responsibilities

  • Help prepare and track governance activities, including presentations, reporting packs, action logs and coordination with PMO contacts.
  • Help maintain PMO assets and working methods, such as governance materials, team documents, playbooks and shared knowledge.
  • Keep programme information accurate and current across core tools and documents so communication and decisions stay sound.
  • Assist with reporting by preparing dashboards, data extracts, status updates and materials for governance forums.
  • Support team enablement so people collaborate well and resources integrate across the programme.
  • Help improve programme tools and working methods, focusing on simplicity, centralisation, usability and adoption across teams.
  • Test practical uses of AI, Copilot and automation to cut repetitive work and build scalable ways of working.
  • Encourage collaboration, consistency and knowledge sharing within the programme community.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's programme in business, engineering or a related field.
  • Strong interest in digital transformation, ERP and SAP programmes, and project management.
  • Proactive and organised, with comfort working alongside diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English. French and/or Spanish is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with agile or project management tools such as Jira or PBI is a plus.
  • Interest in tools and continuous improvement, making processes simpler, clearer and easier to adopt.
  • Curious about AI and automation, keen to use technology to streamline processes and support scalable solutions.
  • Able to complete 6 months of internship and hold an agreement issued by your school or university.

Conditions

Six-month internship, 6 months in total, with a target start date of 2027-01-04 and a target end date of 2027-06-30.

Based at the headquarters in Paris, The Island.

The company is committed to equal opportunities and recruits based on skills and competencies.

Benefits

  • Gross monthly salary of 1410€ for Bac +4 with a gap year, or 1550€ for Bac +5.
  • Company restaurant.
